TINA LAVENDER PETERSON
HIAWASSEE, GA –
Tina Lavender Peterson, 61, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 7, 2020, after a brave and courageous battle with breast cancer. Services will be on Friday, March 13, 2020, at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home in Perry, Georgia. The Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. followed by the Funeral Service at 2:30 p.m. Interment will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in Macon immediately following the service.
Tina was born and raised in Fort Valley and graduated from Beechwood School. She was a retired residential construction contractor. Tina was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Peterson.
Survivors include her daughter, Heather Peterson King of Helen; her grandson, Brannen King of Statesboro; her parents, Buddy and Teen Lavender of Fort Valley; and her brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Sandy Lavender of Perry.
