My name is Janet Clark Willis. My memories of your mother always make me happy. I attended Beechwood Academy in Marshalville and was in Tina’s class. My father had retired from USAF and moved our family back home to Macon county. Because I was a spirited young teen, I was enrolled at Beechwood, nearly across the street from our house The Beechwood kids were mostly decent kids who had grown up together and had their own groups. Tina was one of the few girls who welcomed me and we became friends. This was in 1974. We had a lot in common and had a lot of fun times. When Tina met Roy, he was also friendly. When she got pregnant we were all happy and very excited. By this time I was in college at GSW but I would go see her as often as possible. Heather, you were adorable and we fawned over you, the amazing offspring ♥️ When I had my son in 1980, Tina and Heather would visit , always laughing and talking. She was a great friend ♥️ After my husband graduated, we moved to Miami and I lost touch with Tina. We never reconnected. I am deeply saddened to discover her passing and wish I had known in time for her funeral. I am sincerely so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with Heather and the rest of your family.
