I worked with both Sherri and Debbie at HODAC. I lost touch with Sherri over the years. My heart breaks hearing about her passing. She had a good heart heart and a wonderful smile. I heard the news of Sherri’s passing Friday evening, right before I had to go onstage and play. It truly gutted me. Although I had not talked to Sherri in a long time, I thought about her quite a bit and hoped she was happy and doing well. I really missed her. We were so close when I lived in Perry and were in a lot of classes together. Sherri was a true friend and would always have your back. I truly loved her and hate the fact that I didn’t get the chance to tell her before she passed.
My thoughts and prayers go out to Cindy, Lisa, her partner Debbie and those who loved Sherri. Rest in peace, my dear friend.
