Mrs Bailey was responsible for myself buying a new house. At the age of 22. She helped me with every bit of it. She was a bulldog to get whatever you wanted . She was a great person who helped many many young people single and families just starting out to acquire a home here in Perry. She and Eddie Dixon teamed up and built houses behind the old State Patrol office and many over off Frank Satterfield just to name a few places .
She was a caring and generous person who started many on there dream of owning a home.
