Samuel Earley Simpson's Obituary
LAKE ALFRED, FL-
Samuel Earley Simpson, 73, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2014, after an extended illness. Graveside Services will be held on Monday, November 17, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at Perry Memorial Gardens in Perry, Georgia. He was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, and was the son of the late Carl Fred and Blanch Evelyn Morgan Simpson. Sam received a BS Degree from Auburn University and a Master's Degree from Boise State University. He proudly served our country in the U. S. Army Reserves. He retired from the Florida Department of Agriculture.
Left to cherish the memories of Sam are his loving wife, Martha Alice "Ginger" Hooks Simpson; his brothers, Hugh Lee Simpson (Anne) of Sugar Mountain, NC, and Morgan Simpson (Kitty) of Pike Road, Albama. The family is especially thankful for help provided by his niece, Jill Hill, and thankful for the love and friendship by other family members.
