Al was a good man who always wore a smile, was friendly to everyone, had such a sweet spirit and I loved him. The first furniture we ever purchased was from Al and Mr. Aldene when they were located in Massee Furniture. His and Andrea’s love story is probably the sweetest one that I have ever known. Big Al will be missed and remembered fondly. Prayers for God’s comfort and peace for Andrea, Drew, David, Leah, Candi and family. 🙏❤️🤗

I grew up in Perry and purchased furniture from Al. He was a truly a fine man, a credit to his community and his profession. I knew Al's father and mother, and his sister, Jerry. May the choicest of God's blessings rest upon the entire family for now and always!

Al is and always will be my hero.
I am saddened to hear Al has gone. He was always nice to everyone around him. A few times after football practice—-I graduated PHS a year behind him—-I’d be stranded, and he’d drive me home. As a late blooming golfer,I only got to play with him once, at Idle Hour in Macon. His dad had to be the best supporter of kids who played sports in Perry—it was fun to know he was rooting us on.

We were so sorry to learn of Al's passing. Although he is in heaven now and feeling like his spry, fun, golf swinging self. We will always remember him that way... upbeat, positive and making us laugh. What a blessing to know him and all the Lasseter family. Our prayers are with all of you at this time. Al will not be forgotten, but will always be remembered with a smile.

As you know, I played many rounds of golf with AL on the Perry golf team and personal.
AL, Bobby and Norman were my golf guru mentors.
Last saw AL in '06 at what else but Perry Country Club. But we're friends and classmates. Always enjoyed his company..a wonderful man and old friend. Sure wish you well in suffering this loss.
Mr. Al was so sweet to Marilyn and me. He was always glad to see us. Such a nice man; he will truly be missed. Rest in peace my friend, and we will meet again one day in Heaven.
In 1970 while employed with First National Bank, my wife Jackie and I
were fortunate to be assisted by AL Lasseter and Charles Malone in decorating and furnishing the home we built in Oak Knolls Subdivision .
