Such a loss for Houston County. A true Southern Gentleman and a joy to all who knew him. Many a tear has been shed on his passing.
Deepest sympathies to Jean and the rest of the family on the loss of your father. I didn't know him, but went to school with Jean and Joye, and am a distant cousin on the McSwain side of the family. My condolences and God bless all of you.
Mr. Talton set the trend for what a southern gentleman stands for. Great man and family. Gods blessings.
To the Talton Family,We were saddened to learn of your loss. Houston County has truly lost one of its finest citizens -the epitome of a southern gentleman and we are all made better for having known him. You will be in our thoughts and prayers and may sweet memories bring you peace.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
Our deepest sympathy.
I remember Mr.Talton fondly,I would knock on his door and ask him if I could fish in his pond, his answer always..there's no fish in that pond...make sure you close the gates, dont let the cows out...Prayers out to the family...
A true southern gentleman, our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Stanley Lewis, Chris Lewis Hafley
