I can not describe the lost I feel at Mr. Phillips passing. He has always been there for everyone. He was the sweetest loving and generous man I've ever known. I admired his strength and sneaky humor. He could always make everything better just by sitting and talking. I will greatly miss him. I love Mr Phillip and Ms Suzanne with all my heart forever.

I only got to know Phillip a brief time as his neighbor, but in that time my family and I came to know a generous and compassionate man. My two young boys will especially miss their "buddy on the golf cart".
