PERRY, GA- Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Carroll McCurdy, 76, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2013, at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 18, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel Read Obituary
I was privileged to be Ms Betty's roomie at the Warner Robins church of Christ's ladies retreat a few years ago. Betty was a delightful, funny, insightful lady. She had great spiritual insights-and was just a joy to get to know. She was in our Ladies Bible Class a few times-and always had much to contribute. She will be deeply missed by those privileged to know her. My sincere condolences to Michael and her family members.
Betty McCurdy was my eighth grade English/Literature teacher. She was a nice person and a good educator...
