Dear Julie, Kim and Bubba, Lula was a delightful lady. It has been so much fun knowing her all these years. I have enjoyed playing games online with her in these last years. She will be greatly missed, but leaves all of us great memories. Prayers for comfort.

Thinking of all of you since learning of the passing of "Miss" Lula. My heart continues to break for you and I know today will be particularly hard. I've loved her as long as I've known her and that's pretty much my entire life. You are all so fortunate to have had such a wonderful, loving and supportive Mother. I encourage you to lean on your family and friends as you begin this journey and learn to live life differently. So very sorry for the loss of such a bright, shining light in the lives of so many. Dear Bubba and family,I was saddened to hear of your mothers passing I got to know Miss Lula for just a few short years working with her at Specialty Sports/The Sports Center. I want you to know that I had a great deal of respect for your mother in a very short period of time because of some of the wisdom and laughter she passed on to me when I needed it most! Please know that I grieve for your tremendous loss at this time and that I will never forget what an intelligent and caring person she was!
