Sorry for your loss. I never knew him personally but he seemed very nice the only time I met him. My fiancé and I moved in across the street from him over the summer and he was the first one to welcome us to the neigborhood. I remember he asked me how old I thought he was and o told him maybe in your 60's and he told me was too kind and said that he was in his 90's! I was shocked because he didn't look that old. Just wanted to write this because I just found out he passed away the other day. Sorry to the family for his loss.
