Very fond memories of "Cousin" Dr. Jack.He was very cool! Took very good care of us and especially my Dad Jimmie Duke. My Dad would NOT take any medical advice unless Jack said it was ok. He kept my Dad alive probably 10-15 years longer than he would have had.He was not only my family's friend he was my friend.RIP Dr. Jack we will all miss you. Bucky Duke
Keeping you and your family in our thoughts and it is with a heavy heart we say goodbye to our friend Jack.
Remembering our youth and growing up still makes me laugh. It reminds me of happy times with cousins and a soul buddy like you. We traveled the path together then, my friend, and so we will again. Meantime, rest with Him and your peace be a loving presence for your family and friends.
Thank you God for the beautiful memories in our life and time in Fort Valley, Dr. Duke is one of the memories. Jim & Farish Moorman
