Just a word to remind you all that you are loved. Your names will be lifted in prayer daily. Feel His presence, feel His peace. Know that He walks ahead.

I have such fond memories of this Godly woman. Many times we would have a Baptist pallet party with children sleeping all over our house. The Evans were instrumental in getting my parents involved in church and have been family friends for over 50 years. Ms. Jo always had a smile and that distinctive laugh. She always supported her husband in ministry and made permanent impressions of her Christ like attitude to thousands. Praying for the family as we celebrate her "Homegoing". I love you all!Beverly Thames
Our hearts are sadened by the loss of your Earthly presence. The happy memories and beautiful, spiritual examples of your gifts of unconditional love and spiritual devotion will carry us throughout our journey. Until we meet again and rejoice together in Heaven- Kenny and Mary Rainey
Praying for the family.
You will be greatly missed, you and Bro. Evans have been there so much over the past 15 years for me and my children, more than anyone will ever know.
God is our refuge and strength; a very present help. May He be your refuge, strength, and help in days to come. I am praying for you all.
Sorry to hear of Mrs Jo passing. She was truly a pastor's wife. Just want to tell Bro. Evans, Dinah, Donnie and Dana and rest of family praying for you during this time of loss.
Godspeed Miss Jo!
Rest peacefully Aunt Jo you will be missed! The Angels are rejoicing ! God will take care of you!
We have so many sweet memories of Ms Jo...her sense of humor, distinctive laugh, her devotion to Christ and His word, her family and the church. She had the gift of encouragement. She encouraged us so many times, even after we moved to TN. The Lord used Ms Jo and Bro. Evans in our lives when we were in our 20's to make decisions to honor Christ. We will forever be grateful for that influence. I can't even begin to imagine the 'ripple effect' of their combined ministry for all eternity. Know that our thoughts, prayers and love are with each of you. May God bless and comfort you.
