I love the 📋 we all had growing up in Holly Hills! Mr Stubbs was always laughing at us and probably just shaking his head
He was a great man and an outstanding father
May God hold you and keep you close in this time of loss
I’m very sorry I missed his service because I was out of town.

Mr. Stubbs was my father's banker when we moved from California to Perry, GA. He was a great banker and a good man. He did an excellent job of keeping track of funds and work done on our house which was being built in the early 70's. My father, C. D. Bell always spoke very highly of Mr. Stubbs. I have wonderful memories of Mr. Jimmy. He was my neighbor my whole childhood. What a sweet and gentle man…and a fabulous dancer. I had the honor of dancing with him many times. Rest in peace, Mr. Jimmy.

I feel honored to have had Jimmy Stubbs as a member of my extended family and am so glad that I actually knew him. We spent many hours in conversation over the years and his intelligence, warmth, and compassion highlighted every one of those talks. He made himself a positive impact in this world and I will miss him.
