JENNIFER JONES HAYES's Obituary
GORDON, GA –
Jennifer Lynd Jones Hayes, 70, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 30, 2022. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2022, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home in Perry. All other services are private.
Jennifer was born in Atlanta and lived most of her life in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse for many years. She enjoyed her job with home health care and always loved taking care of everyone else. She was the neighborhood mom, opening her home to all kids and friends when needed. Jennifer volunteered with Planned Parenthood and Save the Children organizations. She was a Baptist. In 2001, she moved to Georgia, eventually settling in Gordon.
Survivors include her husband of sixteen years, David Hayes of Gordon; her children, Geoffery Armstrong (Karen) of Little Rock, Arkansas, Gordon Roth of Salem, Oregon, and Joelle Roth of Forsyth, Georgia; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; her step children, Jennifer Trenchard (Steven Lallemand), Scotty Foss, and Charles Gilder (Alisa); and six step-grandchildren.
