PERRY – Herbert Franklin Moore passed away peacefully on Friday, March 13, 2026. He was 98 years old. Private Graveside Services will be held in Perry Memorial Gardens where he will be laid to rest with his beloved wife in the Fre Read Obituary

Herbert was a true gentleman and a longtime friend to the Lasseter family. I knew him as a fellow member of Perry Presbyterian Church since I moved to Perry in 1960 and always looked up to him as a true Christian role model. My prayers are for his family to receive comfort and peace.
