Stewart and family, we are so sorry for your loss and are remembering you in our thoughts and prayers.
Mrs. Ellis was the first to welcome us to our new home with the gift of a loaf of homemade bread when we moved here 30 years ago. She and her family have been the best kind of neighbors a person could hope for. She and her husband were always generous and kind and looked out for their neighbors. She will be missed. Sending sincere and heartfelt condolences to her family and I pray for strength for them through this time of sorrow.
Ricky, I am so sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. I am keeping you and your family in my thoughts during this difficult time.

Ms. Glynis was such a sweet lady that I have known her and her family all my life.
My Mama sure enjoyed working many years working with Ms. Glynis at the Westfield lunchroom. I know her & Mama are having a fabulous reunion in Heaven. ♥️
Many prayers to Glynelle, Ricky, Jackson, Edwin, Rex & Wesley and families in the loss of their sweet Mama. She was a beautiful soul and will be missed by everyone in the community. ♥️🙏

I loved Ms. Glynis and her husband. Both very dear people.
Ms. Glynis was our postmaster in Elko for many years. When I first met her, I had recently moved here with my southern husband (I am a Yankee). We were over the road truck drivers and desperately needed to get our tax paperwork shipped to us in Texas overnight. Barely knowing us, Ms. Glynis spent $25 of her own dollars to ship the paperwork to us. I was stunned. I can promise you, that would not have happened where I had come from! That was my first impression of her and I was never disappointed when I saw her. Such a beautiful spirit that always had a kind word and the time for a friendly conversation. We know she is in heaven, and I know that God is glad to have one of his brightest and most beautiful angels home with Him. - Jeff and Lisa Hendrix, Elko, GA
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Ellis family. A big part of the Ellis family is gone for now but will reunite again in Heaven. Just knowing Wesley over the past years, I can only imagine what a special Angel she is.
