Do not go gentle into that good night
Dylan Thomas - 1914-1953
Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Dearest G,
your light burns into eternity
you were the sweetest, kindest friend
all my love,
Z

Donna my heart goes out to you and your family for your tremendous loss. We all grew up together living next door through our childhoods. Old Kathleen carries many wonderful memories through the years with our families that I will remember and cherish forever. Ah, and Gaylon we shared so many times together. He knew how to share life with us all. I sit here writing and thinking of all the times and smile with fondness of his memory Gaylon had a way about him like no other that could change any moment into a lasting memory. I was blessed to have that in my life. Rest easy my friend for you are with old Kathleen again smiling looking down upon us with that look you always had that you know something the rest of us don't. Donna know you and your family are always in our thoughts and prayers. James F. & Pat Farr
Donna, we did not know Gaylon, but we know you. We are very saddened at your loss. Wanted to share this with you & family..
To Those Who Grieve
Still your weeping
Dry your tears
Grieve not for me
For I am near
Go not to that earthy mound
I lie not there, beneath the ground
I am near you every day
I see your pleasures, joys and fears
Still to my heart you are dear
I am with you - ever near
To see you weep saddens me
To see your joy gladdens me
So - hinder not my happy way
We will meet another day.

Gaylon was a good man with a kind heart and so like both of his parents, gentle people. I grew up with his sister, Donna, from the age of 13 so there are a lot of memories. My heart goes out to her and the family.
Go rest high on that mountain, Gaylon, you will be missed by all who knew and loved you.
Warren and I were so sorry to hear of your loss. Our thoughts, and prayers for comfort and peace, are with you all.
