Mollie. I hope it isn't too late for you to read this. This is Emmett Smith. My mother, Myra, worked with Charley at Rumble. Charlie helped me build a beautiful desk for my mother in shop class at WRHS. (Class of 1966) I remember a fishing trip we all took to Florida one time. Charlie hired me at E. L. Duke packing shed in Fort Valley. I remember him well. He was very kind to me and my mother. Very sorry to hear of your loss.
Mollie I am so sorry for your loss. I too feel the loss as he was such a friend of mine. I had hoped to reconnect with him but failed. May he rip now
Dear Mrs. Culpepper, Laurie, Molly Charles and family,My heart aches for you all at this very sad and difficult time. Laurie, I have a funny memory of us with your daddy. In our youth I spent the night and Mr. Charlie had cooked out steaks on the grill. He dropped one of them and said, don't tell mama. Lol!! I also remember eating my first Chicken In A Biscuit Cracker at your house sitting by a roaring fire. I can't see those crackers without thinking of your sweet family!! Good people to know!! May God hold you all in the palm of His hand and grant you His perfect peace and comfort now and in the days ahead.Love and hugs,
Mrs. Culpepper and family, My deepest sympathies to you and your family. I will miss Mr. Culpepper's bright smile and warm handshake. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of great sorrow. May God bless you and make His Face to shine upon you, and give you His unending peace. With much love, Rhonda Thompson, O.D.
Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this very difficult time. May God give strength and comfort as only He can do. Robby and Debbie Russell
Mr C,Was One My Favorite Teachers At Perry High. I Really Enjoyed Being VICA, & You Brought Some Much Laughter To Class Weather We Talk About Georgia Bulldogs Or You Whatever Came Across Young Minds At The Time. Mainly It Was About The Georgia Bulldogs. You, Coach Erwin, Mr Harridge, Mr Claxton Were My Favorites While I Was At Perry High. If I Knew, I Was Gonna Be Late I Could Go By Hardees & Grab Mr C A Country Ham Biscuit & Mr Harridge A Sausage Because, They Knew I Worked At Pizza Hut. Even When I After I Graduated From Perry High Mr C Would See Me, Around Town He Throw That Finger At Me! You Will Forever Missed!! My Deepest Condolence & Sympathy Ms Molly & Family.
