I was thinking of you and googled and came across this info this has sadden me because I was looking for a great conversation over the the phone with you Ms.Bess as always when we talked ... Ms.Bess you will forever live in my heart you were a great person and I'm truly gonna miss you! With tears in my eyes Annie you were just getting ready to go off to college and me and Ms.Bess laughed and talked all the way to Valdosta to check out your living arrangements and Maggie & Caroline were still in school ... You girls are beautiful and blessed to have had such a great person to call MOM! I really enjoyed every minute of being your house keeper there was never a full moment we laughed all day! Dear Tolleson Family, I am so very sorry to learn of Bess' passing. I remember her pretty face and smile. I have many fond memories of my former life in Perry and working at Tolleson Lumber Company, where I made many great friends. May God Bless all of her family.

Such a Sweet, Sweet girl she was. When we were at Brenau together, she was always a bright spot in any day! We lost some light on this earth today! I am so blessed to have spent my college years with her. I am so so sorry for this loss!

Bess was an Alpha Delta Pi with me at Brenau. She was such a lively sweet girl. She was always so kind to me. I was certainly sorry to hear about her passing away. My deepest sympathy to her family! God bless!

Bess was my sister in ADPi at Brenau. She was the sweetest girl. Never a cross word, always exuded kindness. And oh how we loved her "Perry" accent! Though we never saw each other after we both left Brenau to transfer to other schools, she always remained my "sista". A true kind soul. This makes me very, very sad. Nan, though you and I never attended Brenau together (your were ahead of me), I remember you coming to rush and supporting us always. I am so, so sorry for your loss.
