Windell L. Stagner, age 65, a native a Mississippi and a resident of Grand Bay, AL passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2014. He is survived by his children, Joyce Turnage, Katie Stagner, sister, Virginia Hammond, brothers. Dorlan Stagner, Wayne Stagner, grandchildren, Page,Joey, Peyton, Kaitlyn, Grace, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Serenity Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 10 am. Visitation will be at Serenity Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 from 5 to 8 pm. Interment will be in Grand Bay Cemetery.Arrangements under the direction of Serenity Funeral Home, Theodore, AL.
