William Dixon's Obituary
William "Billy" Dixon, age 62, a native of Tillman's Corner for 62 years passed away on Monday, February 29, 2016. He worked in construction as a commercial and residential builder throughout the southern region. He retired from his own company of 12 years in 1999. he loved his family, to fish and hunting. He was loved by many and will be missed by all. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nona and Carl Dixon and brothers, Carl, Tony and Don Dixon. He is survived by his wife, Iris Dixon, children, William "Bilbo", Carl (Ashton) and Mikeal, daughter, Katrina, grandchildren, Cheyenne, Matthew, Gavin, Narvie, Jabarie, Brianna, Kaylee, Braylin and Kyndal, sisters, Deborah (Robert) and Maria (Kenny), brother, Terry (Vicky), nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Pallbearers are Robby, Ken, Kevin, Tooter, Ricky, Christopher, Bull, Ollie, Lester, Archie and Joey-Alt. Visitation will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Thursday, March 3, 2016 from 5 pm until 8 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel at Serenity on Friday, March 4, 2016 at 2 pm. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
