William ''Dub'' C Fowler's Obituary
Life Legacy
Haynesville, GAWilliam C. "Dub" Fowler, 53 passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2018. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, in First Baptist Chuch of Haynesville with interment in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m- 2:00 p.m. prior to the service. Dub was born in Perry and had resided in Houston County all of his life. He is the son of Marvin Fowler and his late mother Hazel Montgomery Fowler. A 1982 Graduate of Perry High School, he had worked as a heavy equipment operator at Tolleson Lumber. His hobbies included fishing, hunting arrowheads and tinkering on stuff. Dub's main love were his grandchildren.Left to cherish his memory are his wife, LaRay Fowler; daughter, Ashley Fowler of Eastman, step-children, Kris Marsh, Jessica Gilliam, Candance Wittle, and Paul Hathcock; father and stepmother, Marvin and Mary Fowler; ten grandchildren; brothers, Andy Fowler, Tommy Fowler, and Ronnie Fowler; step siblings, Kathy Hoerler, Glenda Bass, and Eric Hester; several aunts, uncles, neices and nephew, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Hazel Fowler; his second wife, Brenda Peavy Fowler, and step-son, Matthew Marsh.Condolences may be left at watsonhunt.com
