We met Mrs. Vivian at The Canopy—very sweet lady and always pleasant. She shared her love of dance with us, even giving us a few short performances! We miss her and extend our heartfelt sympathy to her family.

I did not know Vivian for very long, but I was so glad she came into my brother Bobby's life and graced it with her southern charm for several years. I will always cherish a memory of a Christmas spent at her house, with her lovely art work all around and the most wonderfully decorated Christmas tree I had ever seen. And long, easy conversations. She was beautiful inside and out, and you could tell she felt good about the way she had spent her life in education.
Vivian was principal at Westside when I was teaching there. I will always remember her supportive attitude, her care and concern for our students, and her love for teaching. After our retirements, we met monthly for lunch with others retired from Westside, and we reminisced, shared our current adventures, and supported each other. Vivian was our group photographer and kept a scrapbook organized in her most creative way. We will surely miss her. May her precious memories support and sustain you now and in the days to come, and may our gracious, heavenly Father give you strength during this most difficult time.
