PERRY –
Vickie Mae Davidson, 73, passed away peacefully on Thursday night, November 13, 2025. At Vickie’s request, memorial services will be private.
A lifetime resident of Middle Georgia, Vickie graduated from Perry High School with the Class of 1970. She went to college, earned a degree, and became a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Vickie worked as a nurse at Summerhill in Perry for forty years. She loved her job and enjoyed caring for multitudes of people until her retirement.
Vickie was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Earl and Vivian Morris Davidson; a son, Eric Westbrook; her brother, Sonny Davidson; and a sister, Patricia Grisenthwaite.
Left to cherish the memories they made with Vickie are her son and daughter-in-law, Shaun and Michelle Westbrook of Perry; four grandchildren, Breanna Chmielewski, Alyssa Jernigan (Joseph), Theo Chmielewski, and Rebecca Winn (Austin); seven great-grandchildren (and one on the way); her sister, Peggy Clements; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
