Ms. Tongo Shay Blackmon's Obituary
Tongo Shay Blackmon, age 51, a resident of Grand Bay, AL passed away on Monday, March 14, 2016. She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Olivia Carter, grandchild, Ca'Miyah Tae'Ghan Hayes, cousin, Valerie Likely, special friends, Becky Nall and Robi Jones, devoted caregiver and friend, Gloria Stevens and Lloyd "Jabby" Stevens and other relatives and many friends. A memorial service will be held in the Serenity Event Center at 12 noon on Saturday, March 26, 2016. A gathering will be held at Holy Church of God in Grand Bay AL following the service.
