Thomas "Papa" Jeral Nelson Sr.'s Obituary
Thomas “Papa” Jearl Nelson Sr., age 66, a native of Wewawitchka, FL and a longtime resident of Irvington, AL passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Brooks and Myrtle Nelson, brothers, Albert Nelson and Charlie Flowers. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Diane Wilcox Nelson, children, Leslie Diane (Donnie) Stork, T.J. (Katie) Nelson Jr., Aaron J. Nelson, sister, Sheila (Phillip) Ingram, 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, step mother, Della Nelson, k-9 and Feline babies, Peanut, Truman, Lilo, T-Tom, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral service will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 2 pm with visitation starting at 10 am until service time. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
