Thomas Allen DeMouy's Obituary
After a valliant battle with cancer, Thomas Allen DeMouy "Tom" passed away on Friday Sept 16, 2016, at his residence in Chunchula, Al. Surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Beverly Jean "Dee" DeMouy for 62 1/2 years. He is survived by his 6 children: Gary (Ruby) DeMouy, Randy (Debbie) DeMouy, Darrell (Jan) DeMouy, Rusty (Carolyn) DeMouy, Sheila (Ronnie) Pierce and Donna (Randy) Clouser, 17 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Earl T. DeMouy Sr. And Nettie Meadows DeMouy, his two brothers Earl T. DeMouy Jr. and James V. DeMouy. He was in the Navy from 1952-1955, he worked for Mitternight boiler works from 1960-1987 then he went to work for Alabama Heat Exchange in 1987 til his retirement in 1998. He enjoyed wood working, yard work and his passion was going to the McLaneys Senior Dance where he loved to go dance and help out where needed. The family would like to give a special Thanks to Southern Cancer Center- Dr George, Dr Pitruzzello, Renee Specht RN, And Springhill Hospice Nurse Natlie Smith for their and support. Funeral services will be held Tuesday Sept 20, 2016, visitation is from 10-12 with services at 12:0
