Age 68, a resident of Mobile, AL passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2016. He is survived by her brother, Gerry Smith, sister, Hazel Proulx, other relatives and many friends. Funeral service will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 12 noon with visitation from 11 am until service time. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
