Terry Beck's Obituary
Terry N. Beck, 66, passed away unexpectedly and went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October, 8, 2020. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, October 25, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home with Pastor Pat Chastain officiating. While anyone desiring to do so is welcome to attend the service, the family continues to be cautious by asking everyone to wear a facial covering and socially distance when choosing a seat. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to Rescue Mission of Middle Georgia, 6601 Zebulon Road, Macon, GA 31220.
Terry was a lifelong resident of Perry and was a carpenter and building contractor for many years. Terry was a strong believer in life-change through recovery and was a proud member of AA. He loved his family dearly, especially his grandchildren, who will always remember him as “Pop-Pop.”
Left to cherish the memories they made with Terry are his parents, Oliver and Carol Beck of Perry; his children, Jason Beck (Brooke) of Macon, Justin Beck (Danielle) of Kathleen, Jennifer Beck Stacey (Jason) of North Carolina, and Chanell West (J.T.) of Perry; his grandchildren, Braden Beck, Kalob Beck, Henry West, Kyndall West, and Hudson Stacey; his brother, David Beck (Lisa) of Perry; and several nieces and nephews.
Terry was preceded in death by his wife, Vicky Beck, and a grandchild, Mason West.
