SUSAN HUNTINGTON SCRAGG's Obituary
HAYNESVILLE –
Susan Huntington Scragg, 46, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, December 6, 2020, after a brave battle with cancer. Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at The Retreat of Southern Bridle Farms in Henderson. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests contributions In Memory of Susan to Affinis Hospice, 110 Stone Brook Drive, Gray, GA 31032, or American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry Street, Suite A, Macon, GA 31201.
Susan was born in Canton, Ohio, and moved to Middle Georgia as a young child. She graduated from Northside High School and attended Middle Tennessee State College. Susan was the Manager of The Retreat of Southern Bridle Farms, helped to plan and execute many weddings and other special events held at The Retreat, and accommodated numerous birthday, anniversary, and holiday parties there through the years, as well.
Left to cherish the memories they made with Susan are her loving and devoted husband of seven-and-a-half years, Kenna Scragg of Haynesville; her children, Jackson Baldwin, Rachel Baldwin, Katie Stuart, Gavin Scragg, and Kensley Scragg; her father, Tom Huntington; her sisters, Debbie Osborne (Larry) and Cheri Adams; her brother, Mark Huntington (Kay); and several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.
Susan was preceded in death by her mother, Charlotte Watson Frederick.
