Sherlene Burkhart's Obituary

Sherlene Burkhart, 56, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 14, 2012. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home. Interment will be in Perry Memorial Gardens immediately following the service. Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 18, 2012, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home.
Mrs. Burkhart was born in Ashburn to the late Luther and Francis Crozier Little. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, she was very devoted to her family. She was dedicated to public service as an LPN, a Paramedic, and an RN at several places in the Middle Georgia area. She was preceded in death by one brother.
Survivors include her husband of 29 years, William Burkhart of Perry; her daughters, Suzy Douglas (Toby) of Sylvester, and Emily Hawsey (Chad) of Tifton; her son, Dawkins Ennis (Lora) of Perry; eight grandchildren; two sisters; and a brother.
