Life Legacy
PERRY-Sarah W. Peterman, 82, departed for her heavenly home on November 10, 2017. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. in Perry Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to Alzheimer's Association, 886 Mulberry Street, Macon, GA 31201.Born on November 14, 1934, Sarah was pursuing a nursing degree when she met and married Randall Peterman. After raising 4 wonderful daughters, she returned to school and completed her LPN degree. Mrs. Peterman was a member of Second Memorial Baptist Church. She was very active in the church, teaching children's Sunday School through the years. She was an avid reader and a crossword puzzle enthusiast. She also deeply enjoyed bird watching. Mrs. Peterman was predeceased by her husband of 35 years, Arthur Randall Peterman.Left to cherish the memories of Mrs. Peterman are her daughters, Deborah Peterman of Perry, Cindy Peterman of Prattville, Alabama, and Randie P. Bodner (David) of Charleston, West Virginia; three grandchildren, Joshua Pimentel (Whitney) of Cross Lanes, WV, Matthew Peterman of Atlanta, and John David Bodner of Chaleston, WV; her great-grandchildren, Lorelai and Carson Pimentel; and her brother, Riley Lewis Watson (Janice) of LaMesa, California.Condolences for the family may be left in the online guestbook at www.watsonhunt.com.
