SANDRA LUE "SANDY" MILNER's Obituary
KATHLEEN, GEORGIA-
Sandra Lue “Sandy” Galbraith Milner passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 8, 2025, with her loving family by her side. She was 86. All services will be private.
Sandy was born on August 20, 1938, in Granville, Ohio, to the late Howard and Josephine Galbraith. She met the love of her life in high school, and the couple were married before graduation. After her years as a homemaker and full-time mother, Sandy began her career as a residential realtor with Harley E. Rouda Realty (HER), learning the industry at what became one of the largest independent brokerages in the United States from one of America’s realty tycoons, Mr. Rouda, himself. She became a very successful realtor and businesswoman after many years and was proud of her accomplishments, as was her family. Sandy was a long-time member of the American Business Women’s Association and a member of the Welsh Hills Club. Upon retirement, Sandy and Ralph became “snow birds,” living between their homes in Largo, Florida, and Granville, Ohio, each year enjoying the beautiful weather wherever they were. When the family farm was sold in Ohio, Sandy and Ralph lived in Largo for two years before going to Georgia to stay with their daughter and son-in-law, who lovingly cared for Sandy in her final months. Sandy was a Methodist.
Sandy was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Randy Milner.
Left to cherish the memories they made with Sandy are her loving and devoted husband of seventy years, Ralph Sterling Milner, III of Granville, Ohio; her children, Millie Jo Bermel (Blaine) of Kathleen, Georgia, and Rod Sterling Milner (Christa) of Granville, Ohio; her daughter-in-law, Leslie Milner of Largo, Florida; her grandchildren, Daniel Milner (Heather) and Colton Milner; her great-granddaughter, Eris Milner; her sister, Nancy Hollon of Newark, Ohio; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Condolences for the family may be left in the online guestbook at www.watsonhunt.com. Watson-Hunt Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
