Ronald K. Babbert's Obituary
PERRY-
Ronald Keith Babbert, 80, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 22, 2018. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 25, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m. following the visitation. Entombment with full military honors will be in the Ascension Mausoleum in Perry Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to V.F.W., 1011 Corder Road, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
Mr. Babbert proudly served our country in the U.S. Air Force as a Dental Lab Technician and retired after 20 years of service. He then worked with Civil Service in the same position for 23 years. He was a long-time member and supporter of the V.F.W. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 33 years, Lucy Price Babbert, and four brothers.
Survivors include his children, Keith Babbert (Donna) of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, Robert Babbert (Becky) and Rhonda Babbert, both of Perry, and Holly Turner (Dale) of Hahira; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. His faithful four-legged companion, “Juicy” also survives.
