Robert Philip Marchant passed away on Sept 23, 2016 at age 70Bob attended Tampa College and St. Petersburg College where he studied Business Administration, he was a graduate of St. Petersburg High School.He was president and owner of Gator Roofing Inc. of Largo, Fl. which operated throughout the state.Bob was an Army veteran, proud to have served his country.He traveled the world with his loving wife of 45 years. He loved snow skiing, water sports, boating ,fishing, hiking, photography and was a gifted artist with an extensive appreciation for music. He enjoyed everything God's earth had to offer.He was blessed with a devoted family and joyful adventurous life.He is survived by his wife Rosemarie,daughters Rachael Marchant Abney, Diana Marchant, Jessica Marchant and grand daughter Cara Skye Abney. His sister Donna Perry of Philadelphia and several nieces and nephews. Bob was known for his dry sense of humor and witty remarks.
