Richard Steven Young, 64, passed away after a long illness on February 2, 2022. A service will be held at a later date. Mr. Young was born in Jacksonville, Florida and lived the past 15 years in Perry, Georgia. He was the son of the late Euley Vincent and Martha Poole Young.. He was a retired sheet metal mechanic at Robins Air Force Base. Mr. Young is survived by his wife Nelda Irby Young: siblings, Phil Young, Marty Young, and a step brother, Wayne Young. He was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Young. Watson-Hunt Funeral Home is entrusted to handle these arrangements.
