RICHARD "RICK" STAYLOR's Obituary
Richard Raymond Roberts (Rick) Staylor of Perry, Ga went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 22, 2024.
Richard was the son of the late William W. W. Staylor, Sr and Marie Augusta (Herncane) Staylor of Huntingdon, PA.
He is survived by his brothers: Dixon (Kathy) Shrum of Pittsburgh, PA; William (Roxanne) Staylor Jr of Atlanta, GA; Charles Staylor of King, N.C. and their sister Marjorie Staylor of State College, Pa.
Richard has two daughters: Susan (Kevin) Cooley of Hawkinsville, GA and Kathy (Harold) Friese of Dade City, FL. He also has three grandchildren: Matthew (Kati) Traylor of Midland, TX; Jessica Cooley of Seattle, WA; and Joshua Cooley of Hawkinsville, GA; and three great-grandchildren: Faith, Riley, and Renee Traylor.
Rick was a man of many talents. He served as a radar operator in the U. S. Army, he was a master vehicle restorer, horse rancher, and he was the owner of Staylor's Jewelry Store in Warner Robins.
He had many hobbies which included bass fishing, motorcycles, flying model airplanes and drones and rebuilding motor vehicles, lawnmowers, fishing boats, and wheelchairs.
Watson-Hunt Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements He requested no viewing or funeral service.
