Randall was born in Thomaston to the late Willis and Florence Dent Windham. He graduated from Reynolds High School, graduated from Greenleaf Business College, went on to proudly serve his country in the U.S. Army. He continued serving in the Army National Guard for many years. Randall was an intelligent, creative man who did graphic design work for many businesses, helping people build their branding and grow their companies. He retired from Blue Bird Corporation and later owned a trophy shop, yet continued designing throughout his lifetime. He was preceded in death by his loving and devoted wife of 42 years, Ann NeSmith Windham, and his beloved daughter, Jenny Windham Kiser.
Left to cherish the memories they made with Randall are his daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Ted Sorrow of Warner Robins; his sister, Carol Wainwright of Perry; his grandchildren, Abbey Sorrow and Perry Kiser III; his step-children, Jennifer Hall Miller and Steven Hall; and seven step-grandchildren.
Condolences for the family may be left in the online guestbook at www.watsonhunt.com. Watson-Hunt Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
