Randall Hill “PJ” Pettyjohn passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 17, 2024, at the age of 74. Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA.
PJ was born on January 3, 1950, to the late Julius H. Pettyjohn and the late Grace Hill Pettyjohn in Rome, Georgia. Mr. Pettyjohn was proud to serve his country in the U.S. Air Force, serving in the Vietnam War and retiring after twenty-two years. He then went on to work for the Macon-Bibb County Sheriff's Department for eighteen years.
PJ was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife of 28 years, Shirley Pettyjohn; and his dear brother, Bud Pettyjohn.
Left to cherish the memories they made with PJ are his devoted wife, Davina Lynn Pettyjohn; his children, Lisa Ard (Don), Daniel Pettyjohn, Eve Pettyjohn, and Catalina Pettyjohn; and several grandchildren.
