PERRY –
Peyton Lynn Foster, 27, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to Macon Rescue Mission, 6601 Zebulon Road, Macon, GA 31220.
Peyton was born in Chesapeake, Virginia, and moved to Goldsboro, North Carolina, with her family where she graduated from Eastern Wayne High School. She relocated to Perry, Georgia, to be with family members. Peyton was a sweet and smart young lady with a heart of gold. A kind soul, she always wanted to help others and enjoyed gathering supplies, preparing personal hygiene kits, and distributing to the homeless. She worked repairing cell phones, helping others.
Peyton was preceded in death by her grandparents, Carl Foster, Jr. and Janet Jenkins; her great-grandparents, Joseph and Audrey McCain, and Charlie and Velma Foster; her uncle, Carl Bradley Foster, III; and a cousin, Zack Emery.
Survivors include her father, Derik Foster (Sherri Hurcomb) of Perry; her mother, Michele Shaw of Virginia Beach, Virginia; her son, Preston Colvin; her siblings, Raegan Foster and Evan Foster, both of Ontario, Canada, and Kennedy Foster and Camille Foster, both of Goldsboro, North Carolina; her aunt, Tracy Foster (Les Midgette) of Warner Robins; her uncle, Jason Foster (Kay) of Killeen, Texas; and her cousins, Nick Emery, Savannah Emery, and several others.
