Peggy Brown Catlett's Obituary
HAYNESVILLE- Peggy Brown Catlett, 72, passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2018. Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at First Baptist Church of Haynesville. The Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m., and the service will be at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery immediately following the services. Peggy was born in Warren, Ohio, to the late James and Marvel Allen Weitzel. She moved to Georgia from Ohio at a fairly young age, and got a job at Robins Air Force Base not long after she arrived. Peggy worked in Civil Service and retired after over 30 years of employment. She was a long-time member of First Baptist Church of Haynesville. Peggy was preceded in death by her step-daughter, Amanda Catlett; her brother, Jim Weitzel; her husband, Johnny Catlett; and her sister-in-law, Pat Weitzel. Left to cherish the memories they made with Peggy are her grandchildren, Macy Catlett and Michael Catlett, both of Haynesville; her brother, Robert Weitzel (Theresa) of Warren, Ohio; her nieces, Patty Coller (Bob) and Sue Toto, both of Warren, Ohio; and her brother- and sister-in-law, Ricky and Donna Catlett of Haynesville.
