Norville Henry Couey's Obituary
Age 76, a resident of Semmes, AL went home to be with the Lord Sunday, May 29, 2016 surrounded by his family. Born in Mobile, AL to Henry and Elsie Couey. Norville graduated from Semmes High School, served in the United States Air Force and was a pilot for International Paper Company. Norville, a Godly man, brought many people to the Lord Jesus Christ, which was his mission in life. He is survived by his wife of thirty years, Mary Isabelle Couey, children, de de Couey (Charles Livings), Christina Couey and Michael Couey, siblings, Charles Couey (Louise), Donnie Couey (Janice), Dottie Moore (Frank) and Anita Stokley (Lyle), grandchildren, Cara Couey-Livings and Ian Couey-Livings, many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to First Baptist Church of Chickasaw to continue his work. Visitation will be held at First Baptist Church of Chickasaw on Friday, June 3, 2016 from 5 pm until 7 pm. Funeral service will be held at the church on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 11 am. Interment will be in Semmes First Baptist Cemetery.
