Suffolk – Norma Collins Price, 71, of 8928 River Crescent passed away on Friday, April 28, 2017. She was a native of Norfolk and a realtor for William E. Wood Realty Co.She is survived by a son, James S. Price III (Jimbo) and his wife Wendy; one sister, Billie Collins Hughes and her husband John; one brother, William John Collins and his wife Jeanette, all of Raleigh, NC; two grandchildren, Evan and Noah Price; and a longtime companion, Sam Berry of Chesapeake.Norma had a passion for work and developed many long standing friendships throughout her career in real estate. Norma always wore a smile on her face and had a great joy for life. She opened her heart and her home to many over the years and she will be sorely missed. She was a loving Mother, Sister, and Grandmother. She will forever be Grandmommy to her Grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Bennett's Creek Chapel on Tuesday, May 2, from 7-9 PM. Norma’s final resting place will be in Perry, Georgia at Christ’s Sanctified Holy Church Cemetery. A viewing will be held on Friday, May 5 at 7pm at the church with memorial services on Saturday, May 6 at 2 PM.
