Mr. Neville "Sonny" Quinton Rush's Obituary
Neville "Sonny" Rush, age 70, a native of Clarke Co. AL and a longtime resident of Mobile, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2015. Neville attended college at University of South Alabama, and also at Auburn University. He was a Marine Estimating Manager at Bender Shipbuilding, Trinity Marine/Halter Marine, where he became Vice President and later retired from Eastern Shipbuilding in Panama City, FL. He was preceded in death by his father, Quinton Rush, mother, Mabel Rush, and sister, Dianne Cottrell. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Joyce Rush, children, Pamela Clawson (Shannon), Winston Taylor (Dawn) Keith Rush (Aiko), 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, siblings; Nelda Woodall (Tommy), Sandra Covington (Charles) Drs. Carl Rush (Stacy), nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Serenity Funeral Home on Monday, October 5, 2015 at 12 noon with visitation from 10 am until service time. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
