Nettie Jane Benton's Obituary
Nettie Jane Benton-Taylor, 85, passed away on January 5, 2015. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at Pink Hill Funeral Home in Pink Hill, North Carolina. Interment will be immediately following the service. Visitation will be on Friday, January 9, 2015, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Pink Hill Funeral Home.
Jane was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Amos Braxton (A.B.) Taylor, Jr. Both she and her husband were long time residents of Pink Hill, North Carolina and members of Sandy Plain Free Will Baptist Church. Jane is survived by two sisters, Marjorie Wolfe and Cheryl Hollis; three brothers, Reverend Linwood Benton, Conrad Benton, and Reverend Kenneth Benton; one sister-in-law, Juanita Canady; two sons, David Taylor and his wife, JoAnn Lanier-Taylor, Donald Taylor and wife, Donna Nuner-Taylor; two granddaughters, Crystal Taylor-Johnson and Sandra Walsh-Bailey; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
