NANCY PATAT's Obituary
KATHLEEN –
Nancy Patat, 71, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 31, 2022. Visitation will be on Friday, November 4, 2022, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home with Reverend Jim Lane officiating. Interment will be in Bonaire Cemetery immediately following the service.
Nancy was born in Perry on October 11, 1951, to the late Charlie and Nita Patat. She lived in Houston County most of her life and graduated from Warner Robins High School. Nancy loved to travel and see parts of America that she had not seen before. She enjoyed quilting and crocheting and made many gifts for her family and friends through the years. Her greatest treasure, though, was her grandchildren, with whom Nancy loved spending time.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved daughter, Morgan Wilson; and three of her brothers, Virgil Patat, Charlie Patat, Jr., and Ricky Patat.
Left to cherish the memories they made with Nancy are her children, Wendy Wilson of Wartburg, TN, and Mitchell Chambers of Kathleen; her grandchildren, Shelby Wilson, Oasis Wilson, Larry James Garrett, Elizabeth Chambers, and Hunter Chambers; her great-grandchild, Cooper Redmon; her brothers, Ronnie Patat, Arthur “Sonny” Patat, and Phillip Patat; and several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.
Condolences for the family may be left in the online guestbook at www.watsonhunt.com. Watson-Hunt Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
