Mr. Milton Edward Ezell Sr.'s Obituary
MILTON EDWARD EZELL, SR 85 2 Timothy 4:7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day and not to me only but unto all them also that love his appearing.Milton Edward Ezell, SR. 85 of Grand Bay, AL died July 4th, 2015 at home. He was born May 19, 1930 in Pascagoula, MS. He was a graduate of Koeing Electrical as well as many electrical training programs. He was a member in good standing of IBEW 903 for 60 years. During this time he served on the Apprentice Program, Cope Committee as well as being a mentor to many young electricians. Mr. Ezell was a faithful member of Spencer Memorial Missionary Baptist Church in Pascagoula, MS. He coach little league baseball, football, and basketball. During his service in the US Marine Corp, he was the only member of his platoon certified to chase prisoners. He is proceeded in death by his parents Mills Ezell and Mamie Deaveraux Ezell, his loving wife of 47 years Shirley Ann Linder Ezell. Survivors include his sons Milton E. Ezell, Jr. of Manchester, TN. Danny (Pat) Ezell of Hurley, MS, Bruce (Vanessa) Ezell of Grand Bay, AL and his only daughter Angela (Hal) Pultz of Grand Bay, AL. Sisters Marie Tillman of Hurley, MS and Bobbie Clegg of Pascagoula, MS. Grandchildren William Ezell, Catherine Ezell and Christine Ezell all of Manchester, TN, Danyiel Ezell of Hurley, MS, Georgia Pierce of Washington D.C., Justin Pierce of Gulfport, MS, Carlos and Anthony Gomez of Grand Bay, AL, Jarred (Theresa) Pultz of Lakeland, FL and four great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Gentiva Hospice, Linda Owens and his special attendants. Funeral services will be held at the Chapel at Serenity Funeral Home, Theodore, AL, Bro. Ray Lee will be officiating, Wednesday July 8th, 2015, at 12 noon. Family to receive friends from 11am-12pm and burial will be at Serenity Gardens. In Lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to Spencer Memorial Building Fund , 3607 Lanier Ave., Pascagoula, MS 39581
