Mildred Patteson's Obituary
Mildred Patteson, age 74, a resident of Grand Bay, AL passed away on Monday, June 29, 2015. She drove a school bus for Castlen Elementary for 23 years. She was a lifetime member of Grand Bay Church of God. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a fantastic wife. She was preceded in death by her parents, Austin Montieth, Jessie Johnson, step father, William Johnson, sister, Dorothy “Dot” Dailey, brother, Norman Montieth, sister-in-law, D’Lora Montieth. She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, John Patteson, children, Mitchell “Mike” (Cecelia) Patteson, Randall Patteson, Jeffery Patteson, Alisha (Lester) Johnson, 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, brother, Gerald “Jerry” (JoAnn) Montieth, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral service will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 12 noon with visitation starting at 11 am until service time. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
