LITHONIA, GA-Mildred Foust Woods, 90, passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2016. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Christ's Sanctified Holy Church. Interment will be in the Church Cemetery immediately following the service. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m., the hour preceding the funeral, in the Chapel at CSHC. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to Christ's Sanctified Holy Church Burial Fund, 301 Jericho Road, Ft. Valley, GA 31030.Mrs. Woods was born in Apalachicola, Florida, to the late James Richard and Florence Giffin Foust. She was a long-time member of Christ's Sanctified Holy Church, where she enjoyed her "Get Well" card ministry. Reading was one of her favorite past times, and she loved working in her yard, creating beautiful landscape and flowers. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 27 years, William T. Woods; her sister, Naomi Foust Gray; and her brothers, Norman Foust, Josh Foust, and Cecil Foust.Left to cherish the memories of "Aunt Money" are a host of nieces and nephews.
